The bakery is at the heart of La Petite Grange! The smell of fresh bread just out of the oven permeates the air every morning. Our bread is made with unbleached flour and we support our local agricultural sector. Most of our bread is made ??without sugar or added fat. Sharing the passion of the trade, the baker gets up each day before dawn to make many varieties of bread: whole grain, crusty French, flaxseed, whole wheat, sourdough, gourmet honey raisin nut, old cheddar cheese, Mediterranean black olive, focaccia, etc. Our bread expresses the warm atmosphere that prevails within our walls and is made by someone who is passionate about good eating.
The baker makes Viennese specialties that look so tempting: pear and dark chocolate Danish pastries, almond pretzels, cinnamon knots and so on. Our pure butter Viennese specialties are melt-in-your-mouth pastries that explode with flavour.
