Sugaring Off Time

The sugaring off season is one of the best times of the year at La Petite Grange. Come and indulge your sweet tooth with a whole host of sweet things made from pure maple syrup. The pastry chef, baker, chocolatier and cook use maple syrup extensively in many recipes:

We have the entire selection of Bio-Délices products in addition to syrup, butter, jelly, granulated sugar and other sweet recipes made with maple syrup that is purchased locally from maple producers.

Easter

Chocolate, chocolate and more chocolate at Easter time! We make our pure chocolate from Lenôtre cocoa butter containing 70% cocoa paste whereas milk chocolate is made form 36% cocoa paste. We are proud to use high-quality couverture chocolate. Please visit the shop and we will gladly let you taste our chocolate. The entire staff is dedicated to bringing you cakes, creative set pieces, original characters, pralines and chocolates of all kinds. Our shop is a real chocolate showpiece!

Let’s not forget the traditional Lenten buns, although they may be a little too sumptuous for Lent.

Mother’s Day and Father’s Day

Our cakes are all original and we impart to them a delicious rich and savoury flavour in order to celebrate the ones you love. Come meet with us and order a cake that is tailor made to your specifications. Otherwise, you may view the cakes in the electric turntable and choose one that suits both your eyes and taste buds.

Our gourmet gift baskets can also be customized for special occasions. Our wrapping and products can be adapted to appeal to either feminine or masculine tastes in order to woo the one upon whom the gift is bestowed.

Labour Day

It's party time at La Petite Grange! Enjoy tastings of all kinds, grilled delicacies, Swiss Raclette cheese, Gourmet Village, etc. Come celebrate with us and have fun while you’re eating!

Halloween

Young and old alike, our sweet treats will make you laugh and drool! Spider-shaped cakes, bloody cupcakes and chocolate scarecrows are just some of the treats. They’re terrifying, but so delicious and tasty! Don’t forget our pumpkin pie! It’s comprised of a puree of pumpkin pulp, 15% cream, a mixture of savoury spices, etc. It’s also perfect for Thanksgiving!

Christmas and New Year’s Day

What a demonstration of magnificent exuberance! The shop is full of colourful and attractive delicacies tailored to the patron's needs. The undisputed star of the holiday season is the cognac fruit cake. The fruits and nuts, which are macerated in cognac for several months, are incorporated into our cake. It’s simply unbeatable! It takes all kinds of shapes: a crown, Christmas tree, custom cut and different formats. Our cognac fruit cake is not to be likened to those that are sold on the market. Once you’ve tasted it, you’ll always come back!
